We also offer customers with the complete flexibility of designing and providing custom services to meet clients' unique requirements. BlueArc Global Services has rapidly earned a reputation for service excellence -- providing customers with a trusted service relationship and delivering outstanding support.

Educational Services

BlueArc offers courses that include a combination of classroom and hands-on instruction to ensure quick deployment of the BlueArc system, optimal uptime and performance. BlueArc courses cover all aspects of the BlueArc system, its administration, and its maintenance. Delivered by system support engineers and professional service architects at either the customer's facility or at BlueArc headquarters' facility, participants come away with both technical knowledge and hands-on experience. In addition, materials they receive serve as ongoing reference sources.

Customer Service Plans

BlueArc's Service Programs provide you with the level of hardware support and service you need to ensure optimal uptime and system performance. Many businesses have different in-house technical resources and capabilities, as well as availability and response time requirements. As a result, BlueArc offers three levels of service (Standard, Premium, and Premium Plus) that cover the spectrum of requirements, each level tailored to fit a specific set of needs.
