Customers and partners may register for training events as part of their initial system purchase, working with the BlueArc account team. After system purchase, access our education options using the BlueArc Learning Portal.
Participants may register for classes at any time up to 5 business days before the scheduled date, subject to seat availability.
Cancellation requests received more than 30 days prior to the scheduled course date will be not be billed. The participant can register for a new event at their convenience and arrange payment at that time.
Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled course date will be billed in full. The student has the option of rescheduling their participation at any time within the following 12 months. When they reschedule, the previous payment will be applied for the event. The customer will need to email BlueArc education registration with the date of the originally scheduled class and the class they will be attending, and BlueArc will apply the payment.
BlueArc reserves the right to cancel any education event. (We may cancel a course if less than six attendees are enrolled.)
If BlueArc cancels a course, the customer will be notified approximately 14 days before the event. If the payment has already been processed, BlueArc will retain the payment, and will register the participant for the next available event.
BlueArc assumes no liability for travel or related costs incurred by a partner or customer as a result of the cancellation of a course.
